How do I book Lasting Luxe for my event?

We require a non-refundable booking fee of $400 to reserve your date. Payment can be made by CASH or CHECK payable to LASTING LUXE. The booking fee is applied to your day of service cost. All booking fee money paid is non-refundable and only transferable pending availability for a new date of the same services.

When is my service count due?

A service count is needed prior to booking your event to reserve the correct amount of artists. All services listed on your bridal sheet will be due on the day of your event. A change in services can result in additional artist fees. Two weeks prior to the wedding date we will do a final confirmation count of services. Additional services may be added if time and artists have availability. If for some reason a bridal party member needs to back out, someone may take their spot. If that spot is not taken, monies for that service(s) booked are still due. The bride is responsible for all money due.

Will Lasting Luxe travel to me on my wedding day and is there a fee?

Yes, our team provides on location hair and makeup services and will travel anywhere! There is no travel fee for locations within 25 miles of our St Peterburg salon with a minimum of 6 services. There is a $75 travel fee per artist for travel up to 60 miles from our St Petersburg salon. Locations beyond 60 miles will be quoted per event. If you need less than 6 services there is a $75 travel fee.

Does Lasting Luxe offer a trial run, where is it held and what is included?

We offer Bridal Previews to Brides only. We recommend doing them 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding but will accommodate up to 6 months prior if needed. We offer them Monday through Friday at our St Pete salon. This is a separate cost to the wedding day services and is not mandatory but encouraged. The average trial run lasts about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. You will have a detailed consultation, 1 or 2 hair styles and a full makeup application. Additional styles - if time allows - will be $50 per style. Having inspiration photos for your hair and makeup along with a photo of your dress will help your artist visualize the look you want created. We also suggest bringing any accessories you will wear on your wedding day – veil, hair comb/pins, jewelry, etc. Please voice any style concerns prior to your trial run.

Am I responsible for parking fees?

Bride is responsible for cost of parking for each artist if free parking is unavailable. Specific parking arrangements need to be given prior to the wedding day – ie. Gate code, parking spaces, parking passes, etc.

What forms of payment does Lasting Luxe accept?

All payments should be made by check or cash. We do not accept Credit Cards or Cash App payments. Please have ONE payment prepared prior to our arrival time on the wedding day. A check may be mailed prior to the wedding date but must be received 10 days prior. Gratuity is not included in pricing but is always accepted and greatly appreciated. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks and a bank check or cash will be required for payment.

Can Lasting Luxe accommodate large parties?

Yes! Though we are a small team, we are surrounded by an amazing group of freelance artists that we work with regularly to take care of larger bridal parties.

What products does Lasting Luxe use?

The products we choose to use are professional grade and intended to last all day. Common brands found in our kit include MAC Cosmetics, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass, Face Atelier, Natasha Denona. If you have any concerns about specific products, please let us know.

Do you use airbrush foundation and what are the benefits of having it?

Yes, we do carry airbrush foundation in our kits. Though airbrush foundation can be a great option it is not always our first choice. Foundation is based off each individual’s skin type. Your artist will help you choose the best option for you.

Cancellation:

Any services cancelled with less than 30 days notice or no shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the contracted services price. Changes or cancellations may only be made by the individual signing this contract. The booking fee is only refundable in the event of an emergency causing any stylist(s) not able to perform contracted services. Should a stylist(s) have an emergency that prevents them from performing services as agreed, all efforts will be made so that a replacement stylist(s) will be present to perform the contracted services. Should an emergency occur that prevents any stylist(s) from being available to fulfill services as agreed, all money paid for services not rendered will be refunded and remaining package amount will not be due. If an event is cancelled due to weather or illness, we will do our best to transfer the booking fee 1 time free of charge. Booking fee payments are non-refundable and forfeited if we are unable to transfer to the new event date.
